Blondor Cream Toner /86 - Ultra Cool Booster

BlondorPlex™ Cream Toner is for quick and reliable toning, premixed with WellaPlex Bond Builder to achieve perfectly blended blonde results within 5 minutes. /86 Ultra Cool Booster can be used to intensify neutralization of brassiness and unwanted warmth. Add 1-5g to 30g of selected toner shade and mix with developer in a 1:2 ratio. Watch-out: Too intense to use alone.

Apply after a Blondor lightening service, at the basin. Express toning to neutralize warm brassy tones and to provide blended blonde result. MIXING RECOMMENDATIONS: FOR EXPRESS TONING: Mix 1:2 with 1.9% Welloxon Perfect Pastel. Quick & reliable toning for blended blonde results. FOR BASEBREAKING and TONING: mix 1:2 with 4% Welloxon Perfect Developer. Perfect to gently lift the natural roots at the same time as toning lengths and ends, to blend demarcation lines, for premium blonde results.
